Council Shoulder Patches JSP;  For the National Jamborees the local Councils will produce a special Council Shoulder patch specific for the Scouts and Scouters attending the Jamboree.

Every council has shoulder patches that individually identifies their council.  Council shoulder patches came into existence in 1972.  The councils change their designs that are embroidered on their CSP’s.
