Strengthen Liberty’s Arm Drive Campaign

In February 1949, the Boy Scouts of America launched a two-year “Strengthen the Arm of Liberty” campaign extended the Crusade through 1951. All Units set goals in the areas of leadership, program, and membership. The program was iniated to promote the 40th Anniversary of the BSA.
