Overland Trails Council S1 Broken Thread: Council Shoulder Patches identify the Council the Scout and Troop are Members or identify a Council Activity.

Every council has shoulder patches that individually identifies their council.  Council shoulder patches came into existence in 1972.  The councils change their designs that are embroidered on their CSP’s.
